- Opening of the fair on Friday, 26 January 2024 by State Secretary Dr. Manuel Lösel - Hess. Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs
- With around 30 presentations on the topics of education, profession, career, application, study, training and further education in two panels
- Career information XXL - the M+E info truck provided experience-oriented information about training opportunities and job profiles in the metal and electrical industry. Young people experienced the "fascination of technology" at hands-on and intuitive experimental stations
- Activity area with "Customs sniffer dogs in action"
- Job and apprenticeship exchange with current offers
- Application route incl. application portfolio check and taking an application photo directly on site on the Saturday of the fair
- Job rally on the Friday of the fair - offer from the employment agency
